I feel terrible writing this, but these are the worst crochet hooks I have ever used. Having tried almost every brand, I’ve never experienced anything like this. The drag is so severe you can't complete a single stitch; it feels like crocheting with sandpaper and glue.
I tested every size the day they arrived and immediately messaged customer service for tips. It’s now the next afternoon, and I haven't heard back. At this high price point, I shouldn't have to troubleshoot new hooks anyway, but even after trying, the terrible drag remained.
I followed up this morning to request a full return. I understand this might be a quality control issue for a new small company, but I paid a lot of money and want a timely resolution—and it's annoying I have to pay for return shipping.
I've seen influencers promoting these, so I must have just gotten a bad batch. I'm hoping this review finally gets the company’s attention so I can get my money back.
