First, I have been crocheting for 60 years and own many different brands of crochet hooks from the cheapest to very expensive. I love these hooks. Very smooth. Well balanced. I usually use a shorter hook like Clover Amour or Tulip Etimo, but these fit so nicely in my hand and there is no point of contact where they "dig in" or cause pain. Can crochet for extended periods of time. At first, I thought they were a tad expensive, but they are worth the price. Definitely my go to's. Want more sizes in an individual hook purchase.
