I love the hook, however when i opened the packaging there was a very pungent oder and when i opened the zippered case it was worse. When i used the hook my hands smell bad. Not sure what to do.

Unfortunately with this first batch of cases, there was a bit of an odor residual from manufacturing. We did what we could to mitigate that and have since worked to remedy it as they are being made. The next batch is much better! I am happy to exchange the set for you when those new sets are assembled and ready to go. The team in TX is getting them finished as soon as possible.
